Meghan J. Clark, Ph.D.

Meghan J. Clark, Ph.D., is Professor of Moral Theology at St. John’s University (NY).

She authored The Vision of Catholic Social Thought (2014) and publishes widely in academic and public theology, including in Theological Studies and US Catholic.

A 2015 Fulbright Scholar to Hekima University College in Kenya, she has conducted fieldwork on human rights in Sudan, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Tanzania.

In 2022, she served as Assistant Coordinator for North America for “Doing Theology from the Existential Peripheries,” a Vatican project.

She holds a Ph.D. in Theological Ethics from Boston College (2009) and a B.A. summa cum laude from Fordham (2003).
